Frequently asked questions.
Can Acadia Labor Solutions help with renewals or extensions of visas?
Yes, we provide support for visa renewals or extensions. Our team is well-versed in the processes involved and can guide you through the necessary steps for extension or renewal.
Are your services only available to businesses, or can individuals seek assistance too?
Acadia Labor Solutions serves both businesses and individuals. Whether you're an employer seeking to sponsor foreign workers or an individual navigating the complexities of immigration, our team is here to provide expert guidance tailored to your specific needs.
What distinguishes Acadia Labor Solutions from other immigration service providers?
We focus on transparency and reducing costs for our clients. Having worked on both the vendor and client sides of the industry, we have first-hand experience with how exorbitant and bloated fees for business immigration can be, and the toll these can take on small businesses in particular. We understand that margins can be thin, and don’t charge per-worker or other junk fees.
What happens if my petition is denied?
In the event of a petition denial, we evaluate the reasons for the denial and assist in exploring alternatives or filing appeals, where applicable.
Can Acadia Labor Solutions assist in audit responses?
We specialize in ensuring your company will be prepared for any potential audit, and can assist in audit responses on a case-by-case basis. If the particular case is beyond the scope of our expertise, we may recommend you retain a law firm for more complicated cases.
Can Acadia Labor Solutions assist with employment-based green cards other than EB-3?
Because of the complex and specialized nature of EB-1 and EB-2, and the extremely high standards for qualification, we do not provide EB-1/EB-2 services and recommend retaining a law firm that specializes in these visas.
Can Acadia Labor Solutions help with family-based immigration matters?
Because the bulk of our experience is in business immigration, we don’t provide family-based immigration services. We can, however, point you in the right direction on where to start or refer you to a firm that provides family-based immigration services.
